ABOUT ME
My name is Betsy Kelley and I am a freelance translator specializing in Russian to English translation.
I fell in love with Russian culture and the Russian people when I was very little. My childhood was spent in the United States, on the East Coast. Although I do not have Russian heritage of my own, I wanted to learn about Russia. I wanted to speak and understand the language. You could say I was a little obsessed. So, I went to college, majored in Russian and focused on learning this beautiful language.
I received my BA in Russian from the University of Oregon in 1996 and now have over twenty five years of experience reading, writing and speaking the language. After years of traveling and exploring I eventually settled in the Southwest of the United States. I currently spend most of my time in Colorado and Utah, and enjoy this area as my home base. With English as my first language I can offer clear and precise translation of your documents from Russian to English.
